Sukhwinder has been a sole practitioner for over 12 years in India, from 1993 to 2005. He practiced law in the field of Civil Litigation, Criminal Law and other corporate matters. He provides consultation to clients on legal matters and initiates legal action, representing clients in various courts, tribunals, and boards. Sukhwinder has been practicing in Ontario since his call to the bar in June 2008. His main practice focuses on Family Law, Litigation and Real Estate while he also provides legal services in the field of Immigration Law, Criminal Law and corporate matters.

Amit completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honours from Panjab University, India. He graduated with his LL.B. from the University of Delhi, India, and then pursued Law Practice Program at Ryerson University (now known as Toronto Metropolitan University), Toronto.

VANSHIKA BAJAJ, LLB

Vanshika is a dedicated Student-at-Law with a strong academic and professional foundation in legal studies. She earned her BBA. LL.B. from India, where she developed a keen interest in family, civil  and corporate law. Currently, Vanshika is in the process of completing her licensing and bar admission requirements, working diligently toward becoming a licensed lawyer in Canada.

Her background in both business and law allows her to approach legal matters with a well-rounded perspective, combining analytical skills with practical problem-solving. Passionate about advocacy and client service, Vanshika is committed to building a career grounded in professionalism, integrity, and empathy. She strives to use her knowledge and skills to support individuals through their legal challenges.

BHAVRAJ KALER, LLB

Bhavraj received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors at Western University. He completed his LLB at the University of Leicester through the JD Pathway Program and then attended the Internationally Trained Lawyer Pathway Program at the University of Alberta.
